  1. Physical activity keeps the sold man physically and mentally agile. Your daily routine includes exercise and message twice a week or long walks.
  2. Stretch your muscles in the morning and go walk in the evening.
  3. A simple vegetarian meal. The minimum is the maximum.
  4. Work hard and take life easy
  5. Have faith in God.
  6. Sleep early and raise early.
  7. Always feel full of energy and cheerful.
  8. Getting rid of the feeling that we are old is an important part of making retirement a turning point in the right direction
  9. Think big always offer the big and let it happen.
  10. Interest yourself in new things, new lines of thought within your limits of strength begin new enterprise.
  11. Your are old when you cease to grow. You are as young as you feel.
  12. Open yogic exercises are ideal for old people. Breathing exercises or pranayama have benefits a lot .
  13. Show some interest in spiritual practices like Yoga, pranayama, yog asanas, doing japa meditation and Prayer.
  14. Start the day with god and end the day with prayer.
  15.  Have nice sleep and do not worry if you do not get sleep.
