Mind cannot operate without the help of PRANA

Seat of prana is Heart or  soul .

Sit totally relaxed and pay attention to your IN coming and OUT going breaths without interference on your part.

Do not control or manipulate the Breathing but simply pay your entire attention.

Buddha attained solvation or Mukti or Self realization by practicing this breath awareness.

Breath watching is the easiest technique for get out of tensions and mental agonies.

Breath watching gives you abundant energies , relaxation and rest.

Most of the followers of Buddhism  will follow this meditative practice only what they call as MINDFULLNESS practice.

To relieve from tension and stress use this practice within a few minutes of practice you feel relaxed and peaceful.

Meditation is the ending of thought

The famous philosopher Jiddu krishna murty on  meditation.

If you can read your own mind you need not read any book in the world. Meditation is one of the greatest arts in life. perhaps the greatest and one cannot possibly learn it from any body. This is the beauty of it.

Meditation is the freedom from thousands of movements in the ecstasy of Truth Meditation is part  of life meditation is not something different from daily life don not go off into the corner of a room and meditate for 10 minutes then come out of it and be a butcher.  If you set out to meditation it will not be meditation.

Be absolutely alert and make no effort that is meditation.

Be alert to your thoughts and feelings don’t let one feeling or thought slip by without being aware of it, and absorbing all its content.

Remain constantly in the Self

Remaining constantly in the self without giving room for the rise of any thoughts other than thought of the SELF.

If your learn how to be in your self that amounts to learning everything.

If you are in the self the echo you hear from your heart will be in tune with everything. This is what is called Divine Voice. ……Sri Ramana Maharshi.

Q. When will the Mind becomes Quiescent ?

Maharshi answer: By the enquiry ” who am I ” ? The thought ” who am I ” ? will destroy all other thoughts and like the stick used for stirring   burning pyre it will itself in the get destroyed. Then there will arise Self- realization

Q When will all thoughts and impressions be removed ?

Maharshi Answer : As the meditation on the SELF riser higher and higher the thoughts will get removed.

Perfection in Dhyana is the state of abiding in the self. The act of communion with the Self (Athma vayvahara)or remaining STILL inwardly is infinite activity which is performed with the entire mind and without break.

Q How to control mind ?

Maharshi answer: As a matter of fact there is no mind to control of the SELF  is realized The self shines when the mind vanishes.  The problem of mind control ceases to be a problem when the mind seeks its Source within.

When one is aware of the self and has fully established oneself in it one has no reason to worry about these which cannot in the least affect the serenity of the immutable self.

This is the most natural direct and immediate effective method of controlling the Mind.

HOW To Meditate ?

When you are utterly relaxed you start feeling your reality you come face to face with your being. Just think of the word relax Be settled.

When you are perfectly aware even for a single moment that moment is meditation. When there is no thought working inside you there is stillness and that STILLNESS is meditation.

Meditation is emptying yourself of all content all beliefs and ideologies. Meditation means to be in non-doing meditaion is not a doing but a state of being. It is s state of ones own SELF

Meditation simply means not focussing on anything at all. Meditation takes you to the inner most core of our being what is beyond body, mind and heart … the very centre of your Existence. When you want to close your eyes and focus your awareness on it source (on the roots) in a split second your life is transformed,

What is meditation ?

Meditation is making effort to be without effort . You have to be aware of being aware that is all.

Meditation process is very easy there is only one step that is Just turning IN . Go on turning in. Whenever you find a moment to turn, turn.

Transfer from mind to No mind is the whole journey. No mind is the door. Your own innermost centre is your real master. When you reach to the innermost you are no more. Become more alert more watchful more observant. Meditation is noting but a bridge to go within.

Meditation is entering into silence to see what is there. That pure awareness is DHYANA. Meditation should not be forced Meditation is to know the WITNESS>

The whole are of meditation is disappearance of the doe, disappearance of the mind. Meditation has no object. Be ready to die in meditation If you can die in meditation you will attain eternal life. You will become deathless.

You simply move into a deep relaxation. You move back to the SOURCE again. Consciously voluntarily totally you are merging into the whole existence

When you are not doing anything the energy moves towards the Centre. The moment doing enters you become tense. How to do ? What to do? How to succeed ?.

Watching is the key of meditation.

Watch your mind. Meditation is your intrinsic nature It is you. It is your being. You cannot have it you cannot possess it.

Meditation is not an effort against the mind. It is a way of understanding the mind. There is no need to do any action against the mind. Mind is one of the most beautiful mechanism it is a master piece. Just watch it and enjoy it. Watching the mind means look at it with deep love Meditation is not an effort against the mind. It is very loving way of witnessing the mind. When you watch the workings of your mind it stops on its own accord. Drop this idea of mind stopping just watch and be alert. Watching ultimately culminates in No mind. No mind does not come by killing and destroying the mind.

once you enter into your own being you have entered the temple.

This entry into ones own self is the ultimate growth. You suddenly blossom. One moment you were nothing and another moment a quantum leap You are all because you have tasted your being and that being is exactly the same as the universal being. But that is the only door available there is no other door. There is only one door which can help you and that is within you. Your inner being is not something that has to be developed it is already perfect. No spiritual; development is needed only it has to be discovered. Nothing has to be done. Nothing has to be known. You are already there where you are trying to reach.

To Still the Mind is meditation on the Self . Make the mind still on the Self . If you make the mind STILL in that then Happiness will arise within You.

Therefore go deep inside into the layers of the Self ( Soul) (Athman) or (Source ) (Awareness)

Practise Self attention atleast for 10 minutes daily.

Turning Selwards daily see thyself with an introverted look (Antarmukham ) and it will be known. If such regular practice is allowed to go on for some time self attention will become more and more familiar If one struggles for a long time to maintain self attention it is difficult.

One can make a fresh attempt after a brief relaxation.

What is needed is the ”  dissolution of the mind ” in its Source.
